According to A1 Orange Director of Operations, Orlando, Freddye Torres, “It’s always great when a team member steps up and goes the extra mile on a job! Recently, an urgent request came from one of our business partners to pressure wash some areas that needed attention before a VIP meeting. I assigned this responsibility to one of our newer team members, Jamal.
“The next day, I asked how the job went and if it was completed. He said everything was done. That same day, we received a call from this client putting a good word in for Jamel, saying that he did a fantastic job, mentioning his good attitude and how polite he was to work with. I went and talked to him directly, thanking him for a job well done.”
Jamal Durieux was recognized at a recent Team Member Huddle and received an “Attitude is Everything” keychain. He was also featured in A1 Orange’s April newsletter in its”Team Member Spotlight”.
