Eric Evans

Eric Evans joined A-1 Orange Exterior Building Services in January 1989 and currently serves as the Safety Manager, appointed in May 2022. He oversees the company’s Environmental, Health, and Safety Program, ensuring employee safety. Previously, Eric held roles including Operations Manager (2017-2020), overseeing scheduling, equipment coordination, and customer relations. He also served as Warehouse Manager (2011-2017), managing equipment maintenance and ordering.

Eric began his career as a window cleaner and advanced to roles such as Superintendent at Orlando International Airport (2000-2010) and General Manager in Jacksonville (1990s). Throughout his career, Eric has received certifications and trainings involving the business of exterior building services, including continuous training/certifications from the IWCA for Fall Protection, RDS, Water Fed Pole, Ladder Safety, Job Pre-Planning, All About Anchors, OSHA 1910, and Roof Top Training. He is also a SAIA Competent Person for suspended scaffolding, OSHA 30 Competent Person, and MEWP operator. He holds Valcourt’s Train the Trainer Certification for Pre-Planning, Fall Protection, All About Anchorages, RDS, and Ladder Safety.
