About the Position
A1 Orange Exterior Building Services is looking for a few GREAT caulking and waterproofing professionals to add to our growing workforces in Orlando. A career in commercial exterior building maintenance with A1 Orange requires the willingness to follow safety rules (without exception), continuously learn new skills and techniques, and maintain a strong work ethic. A1 is a great place to learn or expand window cleaning, pressure cleaning and waterproofing skills in a friendly, fun company with other professionals who are committed to excellent customer service.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements: In addition to Caulking/Waterproofing Skills, applicants must:
• Provide Social Security info
• Florida driver’s license preferred
• Be responsible and possess a strong work ethic
• Have a proven track of job stability
• Able to perform demanding, active work at heights, whether from ladder, lifts, scaffolding or other devices
• Ability to follow safety rules (without exception)
• Willingness to continuously learn new skills and techniques
• Available full-time
• Overtime is available for good workers, and evening and weekend shifts are available as well.
Salary is Commensurate with Experience.
