A1 Orange was founded in 1925. In 1951, A1 Orange’s first President, Jack Couture inherited the window cleaning route from his father when he was in high school. Cleaning windows before and after school, he earned a reputation for hard work, dependability, and good service. A1 Orange opened its first Orlando office in the early 1970’s. With Florida’s growth exploding, A1 Orange became Orlando’s leading window cleaning company and opened offices in Tampa and Jacksonville to meet this demand. In 1983, third generation family member, Vickie Couture joined the company, taking over as President in 1991.
Throughout the decades, Jack’s motto of “Attitude is Everything” has fueled our commitment to excellence in every endeavor. From being founding members of the International Window Cleaning Association (IWCA) to our deep commitment to social responsibility and giving back in our community, we take pride in a job well done!
