Starting as a window cleaning technician, Fredis quickly demonstrated exceptional skill and acumen, leading to his promotion to Assistant Operations Manager in 2022.

With tenure at A-1 Orange since 2014, Fredis has been instrumental in managing operations and ensuring high standards of quality and safety. He holds certifications in OSHA 30, Rope Descent, and MEWP, which underscore his commitment to industry best practices and safety.
